Activities

- Implementation, monitoring and documentation of test cuts

- Technical customer support within Europe

- Implementation, supervision and documentation of machine automation

- Support of the sales and marketing divisions

- Application-technical support of automation projects in the implementation and acceptance stage

- Handling of our CAD/CAM systems as well as our measurement devices including the production of measurements minutes

- Telephone customer support (hotline)

Required competence

- Technical training in tool or mold construction

- At least 3 years experience in related position

- Technical know how

- Basic knowledge English

- Basic knowledge MS Office (above all Word, Excel)

- Customer oriented behaviour, mobility
