Field Service Engineer in the wider area of southern Germany (m/f)
Activities
- Implementation of repair and maintenance works for our customers in Germany after customer order
- Report of fault main emphases, preparation of technical information
- Support of customers and traders at the search of faults in the hardware and software sector
- Support of fairs or customer-own in-house exhibitions in the development stage and during the exhibition
- Permament exchange of information with the service center
Required competence
- Technical training and/or additional qualification in mechatronics or electronics
- At least 3 years experience in related position
- Technical know how
- Good knowledge in English
- Basic knowledge MS Office (above all Word, Excel)
